Job Description

As a Brokerage Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of client relationships and ensuring timely communication. Your role will involve coordinating appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented and have a knack for organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client documents and ensure data accuracy.
  • Follow up with clients regarding transaction statuses.
  • Provide administrative support to brokerage management.
  • Track deadlines and ensure all client communications are executed on time.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and maintaining financial integrity.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the brokerage operations.

Requirements

Education
  • A relevant degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
