Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends and analytics. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our online presence, and driving interaction across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives.
  • Utilize A/B testing and analytics to optimize content effectiveness.
  • Establish relationships with key influencers and social media personalities.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on social media best practices.
  • Develop a social media calendar to organize and plan upcoming campaigns.
  • Monitor trends and conversations relevant to the brand and its audience.
  • Build and manage online communities where customers can interact and share experiences.
  • Assist in managing email marketing campaigns related to social media initiatives.
  • Create promotional content for new product launches.
  • Regularly review and enhance the social media policy of the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Relevant certification in digital marketing is a plus
Experience
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in social media management
