Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support our ongoing clinical trials and research projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting research, coordinating clinical trials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical trials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate site initiation and management activities.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of study documents.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate study progress and adherence to protocols.
• Collect, review, and verify data from clinical trials.
• Liaise with investigators and site personnel to address study issues.
• Provide training and support to site staff on study protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health-Related Field
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years working in clinical settings or research environments
