Job Description

As an Auditor at our firm, your primary responsibility will be to review financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance. We'll rely on your expertise to identify discrepancies and contribute to the overall financial health of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed audits and prepare documentation of findings.
• Review and analyze accounting systems to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting client industries.
• Assist in preparing for external audits and liaising with auditors.
• Support clients in improving their internal control processes.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain competitive.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Additional qualifications (like CIMA or ACCA) advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in audit or accounting roles

Technical Skills

• Excel and Analytical Tools
• Understanding of Taxation Laws

Languages

• Afrikaans: Conversational
• English: Fluent
