Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a key role in providing technical assistance and support to our users. You will be troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring that all IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to users over the phone, via email, and in person.
  • Keep accurate records of user issues and technical solutions.
  • Assist with backup and recovery processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Help maintain security measures on systems and networks.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Network Administration or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT technical support
