Responsibilities

• Manage staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the store.
• Assess customer feedback to improve service delivery.
• Work with suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage deliveries.
• Develop a deep understanding of products to inform customers effectively.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies.
• Foster a positive shopping environment to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Report to upper management on store performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management or Business preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles
