Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues while providing exceptional service to our users. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of IT systems and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to systems, networks, and applications.
• Assist in setting up new equipment and software for users.
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures and user guides.
• Assist with IT projects aiming to improve the efficiency of the department.

Advantageous

• Knowledge of ITIL framework: Understanding of ITIL best practices for IT service management.
• Experience with Active Directory: Familiarity with managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
