Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our compassionate team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to provide excellent patient care, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients in accordance with nursing protocols.
• Manage minor procedures and wound care.
• Provide immunization and health screenings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in community health outreach programs.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing, preferably with a focus on Family Practice
• Current South African Nursing Council registration required

Experience

• 5+ years of nursing experience with at least 2 years as a Nurse Practitioner

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
