Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field
• Relevant Master’s degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on automotive engineering experience

Technical Skills

• Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE)
• Mechanical design principles

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Certified Automotive Engineer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with autonomous vehicle technologies: Knowledge of self-driving systems and their engineering challenges.
