Responsibilities

• Maintain operating systems and apply necessary updates.
• Support cloud services and local application operations.
• Analyze and optimize server loads and network performance.
• Develop backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Engage in problem-solving tasks with a proactive mindset.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data security.
• Assist in developing IT strategies to enhance service delivery.
• Document and report on system improvements and updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certifications in systems architecture preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in systems administration or network management

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
