Responsibilities

• Oversee system performance and reliability of IT services.
• Configure and support network routers and switches.
• Manage user permissions and access controls.
• Perform regular audits of systems and security for compliance.
• Collaborate with the IT team to deploy new technologies.
• Assist in the training of staff on IT best practices.
• Investigate and resolve technical problems creatively and efficiently.
• Participate in on-call support rotation as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certifications in systems architecture preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in systems administration or network management
