Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data trends and providing insights that drive business decisions. The role requires experience in data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Extract and manipulate data from various sources to create actionable insights.
• Partner with departments to increase data literacy and effective data use.
• Perform statistical analysis to understand trends and derive actionable recommendations.
• Monitor data integrity and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Train team members on data analysis tools and best practices.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests from management as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• Master's degree in Data Science or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role
