Blockchain Strategist

Job Description

We are in search of a Blockchain Strategist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technologies and will be tasked with developing and executing our blockchain strategy to foster innovation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Shape and direct the blockchain strategy for the organization.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that blockchain solutions meet business specifications.
• Monitor blockchain industry developments and provide strategic advice to senior management.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the blockchain community.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance blockchain literacy within the organization.
• Draft whitepapers and technical documentation on blockchain initiatives.
• Identify and assess risks associated with blockchain implementations.
• Contribute to the creation of innovative blockchain use cases.
• Facilitate discussions with clients to understand their blockchain needs.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, preferably with a focus on blockchain
