Job Description

As an Advertising Sales Agent at Innovative Media, you will be responsible for coordinating and negotiating time-based transactions on behalf of our clients. You will monitor schedules, identify inefficiencies, and provide strategic advice to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the negotiation of time management contracts for various clients.
  • Assess clients' current time management systems and propose actionable strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain client engagement through exceptional service.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.
  • Track and report on sales activities and client interactions regularly.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and advertising strategies.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Analyze feedback from clients to enhance service delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs to provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • Certifications in Sales or Negotiation techniques are preferred.
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and client relationship management
