Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Lead to manage our IT service operations in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT support and administration, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality IT services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the IT service delivery operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Establish best practices for service delivery and support.
  • Foster a responsive and customer-focused IT support culture.
  • Analyze service delivery data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks and policies.
  • Manage budgets related to service delivery operations.
  • Facilitate training sessions for IT staff on new tools and practices.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance service delivery.
  • Actively participate in IT strategy discussions and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in IT service management or support roles
