UX/UI Designer

Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at Creative Minds Agency, you will leverage your design skills to create memorable user experiences. Your role will involve conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and continuously iterating on designs to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Partner with the marketing team to ensure design consistency in brand communications.
• Utilize tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality visuals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas.
• Document design processes and decisions to maintain clarity.
• Train junior designers and provide mentorship where needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
