Job Description

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to support our operations in Port Elizabeth. Responsibilities

  • Liaise with different departments to gather and analyze requirements for IT projects.
  • Ensure that business objectives are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support IT teams during system development and implementation.
  • Facilitate training sessions for users on new processes and systems.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management to aid decision-making.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business Administration
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
