UX Designer

Job Description

We're looking for a UX Designer who will help us create beautiful and functional designs. You will bridge the gap between how our products look and how they function, ensuring a seamless user journey throughout various digital platforms. Your keen insights into user behavior will directly influence the products we create.

Responsibilities

• Lead user experience design projects from ideation to delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to gather insights and brainstorm ideas.
• Work closely with marketing teams to align design strategies with business goals.
• Perform competitive analysis to inform product design decisions.
• Create user personas and journey maps to guide the design process.
• Utilize analytics tools to assess user interactions and improve designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Certification in UX Design is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years UX/UI design experience
