Job Description

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by handling various administrative tasks. You'll be the backbone of our organizational efforts, supporting senior managers and helping with daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and prioritize incoming tasks and requests.
  • Supervise and coordinate office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
  • Perform research, compile data, and prepare reports as required.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent qualification
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field is beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar administrative role
