Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing environmental projects, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop strategies that promote sustainable practices and mitigate environmental risks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental assessments and impact studies for various projects.
• Develop and implement sustainable practices for clients in compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote environmental conservation.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for submission to regulatory agencies.
• Provide recommendations based on environmental data collected during assessments.
• Assist in the design and implementation of pollution control and waste management strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Environmental Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of related experience in the environmental sector
