Job Description

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant to join our Port Elizabeth team. This role involves assessing and fortifying our cybersecurity posture, providing strategic insights, and delivering training sessions to ensure compliance with industry standards. A deep understanding of IT security frameworks will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess client systems to identify security weaknesses.
• Create and maintain security documentation and compliance reports.
• Implement security solutions to mitigate risks effectively.
• Provide recommendations for risk management strategies.
• Work with internal teams to foster a security-first culture.
• Research emerging security threats and suggest countermeasures.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity consulting

Certifications

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
