Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Animation Producer to oversee the production process of our animated projects. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of animation production from concept to completion.
• Lead brainstorming and creative sessions with the team.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor production workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and artistic vision.
• Implement and optimize production methodologies.
• Train and mentor junior production staff.
• Gather and analyze feedback to improve future projects.
• Manage the production budget and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Film, or a related field
• Master's degree in Film Production is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing animation projects from concept to delivery

Technical Skills

• Autodesk Maya
• Film Editing Software

Certifications

• Scrum Master Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
