Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. In this role, you will be responsible for project planning, execution, and ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.
• Allocate resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors.
• Track project milestones and deliverables and report on progress.
• Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results.
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies.
• Set project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Negotiate with stakeholders and manage relationships.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and accessible.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
• Organize training sessions for team members as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management or related roles
