Job Description

We seek a dedicated Coach who can provide tailored coaching services to our clients in East London. You'll work closely with individuals, helping them set and achieve their goals, while also participating in workshops and seminars aimed at personal development.

Responsibilities

• Empower clients through strategic coaching tailored to their goals.
• Organize and facilitate workshops to encourage team cohesion.
• Provide continual support and motivation for clients.
• Utilize various coaching techniques to suit diverse learning styles.
• Document and report on participant feedback to enhance future sessions.
• Work collaboratively with other coaches to ensure comprehensive client support.
• Participate in professional development to stay ahead in coaching trends.
• Network with local businesses to promote coaching services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Coaching, Human Resources, or a relevant field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in coaching or mentoring

Certifications

• International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent
