We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance processes, helping to ensure the highest quality standards for our products.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute test cases based on functional specifications.
• Log and categorize defects appropriately.
• Engage actively with product owners to understand requirements.
• Help maintain quality metrics and reporting.
• Assist in the implementation of CI/CD processes.
• Keep current with new testing technologies and methodologies.
• Assist in the creation of user documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in software testing

Technical Skills

• Jenkins
• Load Testing Tools

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development processes and frameworks.
• Experience with performance testing tools: Hands-on experience with tools like LoadRunner or JMeter.
