Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our ongoing projects in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing all phases of project lifecycles and ensuring successful project delivery. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive project success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and expectations throughout project delivery.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and establish project governance.
  • Perform regular budget reviews and adjustments based on project needs.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met according to specifications.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve problems and remove obstacles.
  • Prepare and deliver project reports to senior management.
  • Ensure timely closure of project contracts and documentation.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Support change management initiatives related to projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field
  • PMP or similar certification preferred

  • Over 5 years of project management experience
