Job Description

As a Cushion Worker at Quality Textile Solutions, you will be responsible for sewing and filling cushions to our precise specifications. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and sew fabric and foam for cushions.
• Fill and finish cushions, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and quality guidelines while working.
• Work collaboratively with team to optimize production processes.
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and suggest improvements.
• Document production activities and maintain daily logs.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
• Certification in Upholstery or Textile Manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in cushion manufacture or related field

Languages

• English: Fluent
