• Lead the blockchain development efforts and oversee project lifecycles.

• Guide junior developers in best practices and technical procedures.
• Communicate effectively with business teams to validate solutions.
• Ensure best practices in the deployment and management of blockchain technologies.
• Create technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of blockchain development experience
