Responsibilities

• Lead patient care teams during health assessments.
• Create individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Document clinical findings and treatment responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated care.
• Participate in health promotion and education.
• Handle administrative duties related to patient care.
• Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Conduct urgent care duties as needed.
• Develop resource materials for patient education.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Postgraduate qualifications in Nursing or Health Sciences are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner

• Clinical assessment skills
• Medication management

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Organizational skills

Certifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP)
• Certification in Pediatric Nursing is an advantage

Languages

• Afrikaans: Fluent
