We are searching for a meticulous Corporate Finance Analyst to join our Cape Town office. In this role, you will analyze financial reports, assess investment opportunities, and support the financial planning processes. Your expertise will help clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models to evaluate investments and acquisitions.
• Analyze current and past financial data to train sound fiscal strategies.
• Work closely with the finance team to finalize reports and shareholder communications.
• Design reporting templates and lead improvement initiatives to streamline reporting processes.
• Support management in strategic planning and long-term financial goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Master's degree or certification in financial analysis is preferable

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in finance-related roles

• Financial Modelling
