Aviation Dynamics Ltd. is seeking an Aerospace Engineer to innovate and refine our aerospace solutions in Port Elizabeth. Your expertise will be vital in research and development activities, ensuring that all designs meet stringent industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in aerospace engineering from concept to completion.
• Develop detailed design models using CAD software.
• Test and validate prototypes to ensure design integrity.
• Work closely with manufacturing departments to ensure quality control.
• Document design processes and changes in technical documentation.
• Research and apply new materials and technologies to improve efficiencies.
• Ensure alignment with project timelines and budget constraints.
• Support team training sessions on new technologies and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Postgraduate qualification would be beneficial

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in aerospace engineering

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project)
• Simulation Software (e.g., ANSYS)

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Communication skills

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• ISO 9001 Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
