You will play a key role in troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancing systems to accommodate a growing business environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the IT team to maintain network security.
• Monitor system metrics and optimize performance.
• Engage in troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and upgrades.
• Assist in budget preparation related to IT investments.
• Provide on-call support and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Implement improvements based on audit findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management

• Linux Server Management

Certifications

• CompTIA Security+

Languages

• English: Fluent
