Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT support operations and workload.
• Handle escalated technical issues from junior support staff.
• Coordinate with external vendors for service and repairs.
• Prepare reports on support activities and IT system performance.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
• Test and evaluate new hardware and software solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
• Assist in developing training materials for staff and clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role

Technical Skills

• Mac OS
• ITIL Framework

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals: Certification in the basics of Azure and cloud computing.
