Job Description

Looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our company's financial operations. You will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with bookkeeping principles are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize financial documents for easy retrieval.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding account inquiries.
  • Assist in cash flow management and forecasting.
  • Participate in financial meetings to provide insights on bookkeeping matters.
  • Remain updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience
