We are seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating clear and concise documentation that supports our software and technology solutions. You'll collaborate closely with our engineering team, transforming complex concepts into user-friendly manuals and guides.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical information into user-friendly content.
• Maintain a repository of documentation and other project files.
• Work with content management systems to ensure documents are easily accessible.
• Assist in creating video tutorials and webinars for users.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
• Ensure all information complies with company policies and brand guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation

• Adobe RoboHelp
• MadCap Flare
• Graphic Design Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
