Responsibilities

  • Direct the bookkeeping processes and manage the finance team.
  • Report financial performance to the Finance Director and stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial documentation and compliance.
  • Collaborate with management on strategic financial planning.
  • Develop and enforce effective bookkeeping policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Professional accounting certification preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of progressive accounting experience
