We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Polokwane. The ideal candidate will excel in providing comprehensive healthcare services, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and guiding patients through their healthcare journeys. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and preventive care screenings.
• Treat chronic and acute illnesses with appropriate interventions.
• Provide patient education and counseling on health matters.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient health outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient care and progress accurately.
• Involve patients in decision-making regarding their treatment plans.
• Assist in developing healthcare policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries and concerns.
• Promote wellness and disease prevention programs.
• Partake in staff meetings to discuss patient care and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Graduate Medical Degree
• Fellowship in a relevant specialty is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare environment

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
