Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Quality Assurance Tester to ensure our software products meet high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing test plans, executing test cases, and identifying defects in software applications. You will work closely with the development team to improve software performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
• Evaluate software performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Work with project managers to report on testing progress and timelines.
• Identify areas for improvement in the QA process and suggest enhancements.
• Participate in training and mentoring junior QA staff.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 2+ years in testing within an Agile environment
