Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of transactions and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Craft detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Prepare and present investment proposals to clients and senior management.
• Conduct due diligence and assess the financial performance of target companies.
• Review and negotiate transaction documentation.
• Identify and evaluate risks associated with potential investments.
• Work closely with senior bankers to execute strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
• MBA or relevant finance certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking or financial advisory
