We are seeking an experienced Field Liability Generalist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will evaluate risk, investigate claims, and ensure compliance with regulations. Ideal for individuals with a strong background in the insurance sector and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate claims made against policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all claims.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and their representatives.
• Collaborate with external experts and legal teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of claims and meetings.
• Monitor changes to relevant legislation and regulations.
• Support the continuous improvement of claims processes.
• Assist in training new hires on claims procedures.
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Assist with compliance audits as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in claims investigation.
