Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Critical Care Nurses to deliver high-quality care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a passion for patient advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-acuity patients, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
• Assist in emergency procedures and interventions as required.
• Maintain a sterile environment in accordance with hospital policies.
• Evaluate and adjust care plans based on patient responses and outcomes.
• Advocate for patient needs and serve as a liaison with families and caregivers.
• Engage in continuous learning through professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications in Critical Care Nursing preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in an ICU setting

Technical Skills

• Intravenous Therapy
• Pain Management

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring: Experience with monitoring patients remotely for vital signs and health indicators.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR): Knowledge of documentation and patient management using EHR systems.
