Job Description

Seeking a UX Researcher who is eager to join our dynamic Johannesburg team. In this role, you'll conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather qualitative and quantitative data that informs our design decisions. Your research insights will be vital in enhancing user satisfaction and overall product effectiveness. Responsibilities

  • Conduct usability tests and analyze usability issues to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain user research documentation.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement design recommendations.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions to incorporate user insights into design iterations.
  • Establish metrics for measuring user engagement and product usability.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior researchers on best practices.
  • Engage with user communities to gather feedback and insights continuously.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or related field
  • Master's degree would be an asset
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in UX research or similar role
