Job Description

Responsibilities

• Implement nursing interventions and monitor patient responses to therapies.
• Provide support in emergency situations and respond to critical patient care needs.
• Engage in patient education regarding health practices and resources available.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures as required.
• Document all care provided accurately in patient records.
• Participate in nursing team meetings and contribute to care model improvements.

• Registered Nursing Degree

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
