We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will offer technical assistance, maintain systems, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with users. Responsibilities

  • Analyze and diagnose hardware/software issues efficiently.
  • Prepare documentation for new systems and procedures.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for hardware maintenance.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
  • Facilitate user training on new IT applications.
  • Perform routine audits of systems and software.
  • Create reports on support activities and system performance.
  • Assist with the development of IT policies and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support role
