This role involves providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user support requests and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
• Assist in asset management and inventory control of IT equipment.
• Collaborate with team members on IT projects.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot potential issues.
• Document support interactions and gather user feedback.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
