RF Engineer

Job Description

We're on the lookout for an RF Engineer to enhance our engineering team. Your role will involve developing RF circuits and systems, performing analysis, and conducting tests to evaluate system performance. Success in this role requires an in-depth understanding of RF technologies and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create RF design specifications and test plans.
• Evaluate RF performance using software tools and equipment.
• Identify and implement cost-effective RF solutions.
• Work on RF shielding and interference mitigation strategies.
• Conduct field trials and evaluations of RF systems.
• Assist in developing training materials for RF technologies.
• Monitor technological trends and advancements in RF engineering.
• Lead RF project initiatives and provide technical guidance.
• Assess the proficiency of RF testing equipment.
• Engage in knowledge sharing and mentoring of staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in RF Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in RF design and testing

• Digital Signal Processing

Certifications

• IEEE Certified Wireless Network Engineer
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Antenna Design: Understanding of antenna theory and its applications in RF engineering.
