The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing projects, preferably in the construction or IT sectors, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and set project milestones.
• Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and expectations.
• Manage project resources and create contingency plans.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive project status report.
• Encourage continuous improvement within project teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in leading projects

Technical Skills

• Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Quality Assurance Processes

• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
