Job Description

We are on the hunt for a dedicated Property Manager to lead our efforts in property management in Cape Town. This role will involve directing maintenance operations, handling tenant inquiries, and ensuring compliance with property laws and regulations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the properties managed, ensuring they are well-maintained.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and vendors for repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with property management laws and local regulations.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, including rent collection.
  • Assist in the preparation of lease agreements and renewals.
  • Market available properties to prospective tenants.
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate property reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in property management or real estate.
