Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations across our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, assist users with technical support requests, and maintain system performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to users both onsite and remotely.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies.

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software purchases.
• Participate in IT project rollouts and implementations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support

• Linux OS

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages
