Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial statements for accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Identify areas of operational risk and propose corrective actions.
• Work with team members to enhance the audit process.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining audit findings and recommendations.
• Conduct interviews and surveys with staff to gauge compliance awareness.
• Monitor industry developments related to auditing practices.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and standards.
• Advocate for ethical practices within the organization.
• Assist in developing audit policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years auditing experience, particularly in internal controls

Certifications

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is a plus
• Chartered Accountant (CA) is desirable
