Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Electrical Engineer to help drive our projects forward in Cape Town. In this role, you will engineer electrical systems, support operational excellence, and mentor junior engineers. Your expertise will help to deliver projects on time and within budget, contributing to the innovation and technical growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate electrical systems for various applications.
• Manage the execution of electrical projects, ensuring adherence to project plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Perform power system analyses and simulations.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and innovations in electrical engineering.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering roles

• Electrical Design Software

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficient in AutoCAD: Advanced skills in CAD software for electrical drafting.
